ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT:

You have access to your FirsTrust account through an online system called PAL.  PAL, or Portfolio Account Link, allows you or your investment advisor/manager to view detailed account information via the Internet.  Information available on PAL includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Account Summary
• Investment Detail
• Transaction Activity from one to twelve months
